Parking and Ticketing
Campus Transportation is responsible for violations related to parking rules and regulations. These include, but are not limited to;
- Parking in an aisle
- Parking without a valid permit
- False permit or altered permit
- Parking next to yellow curb or in violation of sign
- Parking or driving on grass, sidewalks or roads closed off to vehicular traffic
- Blocking fire lanes or fire hydrants
- Blocking, obstructing or parking in traffic lanes, loading zones, postal areas, services drives or crosswalks
- Parking in a handicapped space
- Incorrect permit for parking lot
- Failure to properly display parking permit
- Double parked
- Parking in a lot after hours
- Parking in bus lanes
If you have been issued a ticket, you must follow the instructions on the ticket and pay the fine within the time frame stated on the ticket.
All ticket payments and appeals must be addressed with the Parking Office, located on the 1st floor of the parking structure, on the South end of the building, NOT to Campus Safety.
Do not bring payment to Campus Safety, do not bring a ticket to Campus Safety for an appeal.
