OIE is charged with coordinating university-wide survey processes and policies when Loyola faculty, staff, and/or students are subjects of the survey research. The intent is to ensure human subjects protection in collaboration with the Loyola IRB office and to ensure optimal use of results for informed decision-making.
A Survey Taskforce was established to address institutional survey administration, coordination, and planning. Coordinated survey efforts ensure that we collect data that informs institutional improvement and fosters dialogue on how we meaningfully measure what we value. Finally, coordinated efforts decrease survey fatigue and increase response rates.
