Congratulations on being accepted to the 2025 THEA Summer Institute! You are joining an incredible cohort of students who share your dedication and commitment to sustainability and justice. We are thrilled you will be joining us this summer from Sun, June 22 – Sat, June 28.

Welcome Packet
The Welcome Packet provides specific information about the Summer Institute including forms to be completed, action item reminders, check-in information, campus map, packing list, and more. Your Welcome Packet will be mailed in April.
May 1, 2025
Payment of your remaining balance is due and can be paid in our Ministry Store.
May 15, 2025
Participant Information Form is due which requests the following information:
- Personal information (including emergency contact, medical information, and allergy information)
- Headshot photo of the student participant
- Flight itinerary, if applicable
- Policy Agreement and Waivers
