    Patricia Cassidy is an Adjunct Instructor in the Neiswanger Institute.  Ms. Cassidy has two primary academic interests:  1) Managing the tension between the delivery of care and the funding mechanisms for care delivery,  and 2) Leadership in Health Care Organizations.  

    Outside of Stritch, Patricia is the Vice President of Strategy and Consulting Services for Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgical Associates.  Having joined CTVSA in January of 2020, Trisha is responsible for growth initiatives as well as partner relationships and the consulting division of the group. 

    Prior to joining CTVSA Patricia served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer for AMITA Health. Under Ms. Cassidy’s leadership the Health System developed a highly successful value-based strategy, ranking among the top of the nation’s CMS ACOs in outcomes performance.

    Before AMITA, Ms. Cassidy had a 22-year career at Loyola University Health System (LUHS), most recently serving as Interim President of Loyola University Medical Center, President, Gottlieb Memorial Hospital and Senior Vice President, Strategy, LUHS.
