Years at Loyola: 1 year and 9 months, so almost two! 

What is your favorite thing about working at Loyola? My favorite think about working at Loyola is our students. Whenever I have a chance to talk with our students, I am so inspired by their focus, their goals, and aspirations.   

What is your most memorable achievement as a Loyola employee? I am really proud to be a part of the inaugural class of the Loyola Leadership Institute and having had the opportunity to meet so many incredibly passionate colleagues throughout Loyola that I might not have had the chance to meet otherwise. 

What does Loyola's mission mean to you? To me Loyola’s mission is about using the transformative power of education to create a more equitable, just world for our community and our neighbors. 

What motivates you to succeed each and every day? What motivates me to succeed every day? I’d say having clear goals. It’s not always easy to get going and be motivated every day, but having clearly defined goals makes moving towards them easier because I know what my northern star is! 

Tell us how you show your Rambler pride: I love to go to sporting games and wear my Rambler gear! I got a really nice white hat at last year’s Loyola Night Cubby’s game! 

Tell us something most people at Loyola would be surprised to know about you: I was a varsity wrestler in high school. I chose the sport because I was pretty good at it and it wasn’t common for girls to join the sport. Now the high school has many female athletes on their varsity wresting team!
