In 2014, the SGLC partnered with the Latin American Student Organization (LASO) to open an endowed scholarship fund for undocumented Loyola undergraduate students who demonstrate financial need but do not qualify for federal financial aid. SGLC & LASO worked with Loyola’s Donor Relations Office, Office of Financial Aid, and the Board of Trustees to establish this fund.
