Mallory Mavros Gerent

Balancing full-time work with full-time school, Mallory mastered the art of setting boundaries and maintaining a "get-it-done" attitude. She attributes much of her success to the incredible support from her professors and the abundant resources Loyola provides, laying a solid foundation for her future.

Her Loyola education isn't just about academic achievements; it has translated directly into professional success. Mallory's coursework has propelled her up the career ladder, as she seamlessly applies her classroom knowledge to her job. 

Mallory highlights Loyola's prestige, kindness, and a learning environment that encourages open dialogue, even in subjects like theology, which she initially was nervous to take. Mallory hopes to pivot from HR to psychology in the near future and plans to stay involved at Loyola as a student ambassador.
