Mission
The SAC’s mission is to uphold the university's commitment to legal (ADA) compliance and educational integrity through an interactive process by:
- Collaborating with faculty, staff, and campus partners.
- Facilitating reasonable accommodations for students with disabilities.
- Acting as a resource to make the university more accessible for Loyola community members.
Vision
The Student Accessibility Center strives to facilitate equitable access to all aspects of the student experience at Loyola. The SAC collaborates with students, faculty, and campus partners to navigate barriers to access across the university. In accordance with Loyola’s Jesuit mission, the SAC accompanies students with disabilities on their educational journey by supporting their personal and academic growth.
Accessibility is a shared responsibility.
