About
Madeline Stanton is a Senior Program Manager for the Baumhart Center, an interdisciplinary center that equips leaders with the skills to build a more just, humane, and sustainable world. Within the center she leads the Baumhart Scholars MBA program, a highly selective program that prepares working professionals to marry profit and purpose in their careers.
She has personally experienced the transformational power of Baumhart, participating in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Strategy Certificate in 2019 and transitioning her career to CSR shortly after.
Madeline’s professional background includes experience building programs and communities that connect business skills and impact. Most recently, she served as the Associate Manager for Corporate Social Responsibility at Thermo Fisher Scientific. In this role, she managed global volunteer committees, nonprofit due diligence, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) information requests. Additionally, she served on the board for the Hispanic and women’s business resource groups.
Her CSR experience also includes corporate philanthropy and foundation experience at PPD and social innovation and impact reporting at HERE Technologies. And prior to working in CSR, Madeline worked in financial services consulting at EY, giving her a strong appreciation for corporate governance, reporting, and risk management.
In the community, she is deeply involved as a volunteer locally and globally with The Climate Reality Project, United Nations Association, the American Red Cross, and International Volunteer HQ (IVHQ).
