About
Jacob serves as the Office Coordinator for Class Scheduling, overseeing the schedule for both the undergraduate and graduate programs as well as assisting faculty with classroom issues. Additionally, he provides reports and counsel to the Dean's office to increase efficiency in our scheduling practices. Jacob received a Bachelor of Art in Philosophy from Mississippi State University and is pursuing a Master of Art in Sociology at Loyola.
Jacob won the Rookie of the Year Award at Quinlan in 2023, and has won additional awards for research in linguistics, sociology, religious studies, art, and architecture. In his free time, Jacob writes fiction novels and short stories, and enjoys camping and hiking.
