Professor Dianne M. Dawson Daniels is a sought-after professor of management in the programs where she teaches. Her passion is recognized as a valued addition to the learning experience where leaders immediately apply the concepts to their roles as strategic decision-makers in the workplace.
Dr. Dawson Daniels is clinical professor of management in Loyola University Chicago‘s Quinlan School of Business where she teaches the capstone course, strategy and leadership, and business consulting at the graduate level. She teaches organizational development, leadership, and management courses for Loyola's School of Continuing and Professional Studies and has industry experience leading units and working with executives as a corporate finance vice president, working for Fortune 100 companies in the tech, telecom, and financial service industries.
She previously established a management consulting practice offering business management, strategic planning, and organizational development consulting. Dr. Dawson Daniels has advised organizations large and small in areas of strategy and implementation, change management, governance, and people and culture, partnering with large nonprofits, investors, entrepreneurs, professional organizations, and corporate entities at various stages of organizational development and business growth. Her scholar-practitioner approach allows her to bring a broad perspective to issues of management, strategy, and leadership.
