Renee Czeryba

About
Renee is an accomplished Change Management and Transformation leader with over 15 years leading Fortune 500 organizations through major changes and transformations. Renee’s expertise lies in understanding the human impact of change and designing strategies and plans to support employees through the change journey, while also assessing organizational risk management approaches in her plans.
Renee began her career as a Consultant in the Talent Management practice at Mercer Consulting. She has also held roles at Sears Holdings Company, Walgreens Company, and most recently, at Cushman & Wakefield.
Renee started working in the Change Management department at the Walgreens Company. Next, she was promoted into Facility Operations where she led and managed the capital and expense budgets exceeding millions of dollars for maintenance and repair programs spanning over 9,000 stores. Finally, Renee was promoted into a global Procurement Transformation role where she was responsible for Risk and Compliance for all Goods Not for Resale, for over 410,000 employees and spanning over 40 countries. Renee received a Champion of Champions Engagement award while at Walgreens for thought leadership and collaborative efforts to achieve business outcomes.
Following Walgreens, Renee moved to Cushman & Wakefield as the Director of Change Management. Renee includes enterprise risk management assessments as part of her organizational change management initiatives. Renee’s unique expertise of leading both operations and change management in an organization allows her to develop holistic, business outcome focused change strategies and plans to help drive adoption of business solutions.
Renee is a first generation American; born in Chicago and fluent in Polish. Renee earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Loyola University in Psychology and Philosophy, and a Master of Science Degree in Personnel and Human Resources Development from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Renee has served as a Board Member of the Continuous Improvement Advisory Board for the Illinois Institute of Technology.
