David Hollar is the Appellate Division Chief for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Indiana. He previously worked as an Assistant United States Attorney in that office, and as an attorney in the Appellate Section of the U.S. Department of Justice, Criminal Division. Prior to joining DOJ, David served as a law clerk to Judge Diane P. Wood of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. As a law student, David served as Topics and Comments Editor of the University of Chicago Law Review.
