Felicia Heimer is an attorney and compliance professional with more than 20 years of experience in health care systems, private practice, and government service. She currently represents the Office of Inspector general on health care fraud and compliance matters including False Claims Act cases and monitoring and negotiating Corporate Integrity Agreements. In private practice, she provided advisory services to academic medical centers, health systems, pharmaceutical companies, and other health sciences corporations on compliance issues involving the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statutes, HIPAA, and other complex regulatory matters. Ms. Heimer is widely published and regularly speaks on compliance issues. She is admitted to the State Bar of California. Her teaching focuses on issues of health care payment and policy.
