About
Andrew Dougherty is an Assistant Attorney General within the Consumer Fraud Bureau of the Illinois Attorney General's office. The Consumer Fraud Bureau protects the rights of Illinois consumers by investigating and litigating allegations of deceptive trade and business practices. Andy previously worked at Cabrini Green Legal Aid as the Director of the Housing Law, where he represented public housing tenants facing the loss of their subsidized housing benefits. While in law school at Loyola, Andy served as a tutor in both property law and legal writing.
