About

Earl N. Caldwell, II is an Adjunct Professor at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. His courses and organized events focus on various business and business activities associated with Sports and Entertainment Law. After practicing law in litigation, Prof. Caldwell embarked on various entrepreneurial/business pursuits including writing books and public speaking, working with artists (musical, clothing designers and writers), and working in Workforce Development and Training. For the past 16+ years, he has been primarily living in West Africa where he has been a Consultant and worked with Governments, Companies in numerous sectors, Non-Profit Organizations, Entrepreneurs and Students. To provide LUC students with more Sports and Entertainment related activities, Prof. Caldwell created the Different STEM Conference (Sports, Technology, Entertainment, Media) to afford students, practitioners, subject matter experts and those interested in the diverse information the different STEM fields provide an annual forum for networking, collaboration and meaningful exchange. He also coaches the Sports Law Negotiation Team.
