Final Exams Accommodations Information

The final exam period begins on December 4 this semester. The deadline to request accommodations for all final exams is November 6 by 11:59 p.m. No exceptions will be made.

Only students who have already registered with SAC this semester can submit their Formstack requests here. Make sure to include details for EACH final exam on the form. 

Students who have not registered with SAC this semester MUST complete the entire process, receive an SAC letter, and complete their Formstack requests by November 6 in order to receive accommodations.

We are unable to implement accommodations without SAC registration each semester, even if you have previously received accommodations.

For students who have completed the entire process outlined above, check-in instructions for your accommodated finals will be emailed 48 hours prior to the date of your exams.
