Call for Papers
We are currently accepting submissions on a variety of topics related to children and the law for Volume 43 issues, which will be published during the 2022-2023 academic year. Specific calls for papers are linked below:
- CFP: Racial bias in the child protection system (PDF)
- CFP: Issues in children’s education (PDF)
- CFP: Supreme Court decision Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Clinic on the criminalization of pregnancy, maternal mortality, reproductive justice and impact of this case on the rights of parents and children (PDF)
While submissions on these topics are greatly appreciated, all topics related to children and the law will be considered.
Submissions are reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis. All submissions and questions can be sent directly to CLRJSubmissions@luc.edu.
