Thomas Bianchi
Thomas Bianchi is a private consultant in International Financial Resources Development, Human Resources Management, and Organization Development. Mostly retired, he provides pro-bono consulting to worthy causes.
Mr. Bianchi held key management positions in the Americas, Europe and Asia.
At the Rome-based International Development Law Organization, he served as Director, External Development, and Liaison to the U.S. Government.
At AT&T Wireless he developed and managed International Human Resources as VP & Director; and was Bank of America’s VP & Director of Human Resources for Southeast Asia, India and Australia (domicile Singapore).
His experience also includes project consultancies in the U.S., U.K., Republic of Ireland, Colombia, Brazil, Sweden, Egypt, Thailand, and Afghanistan.
Mr. Bianchi has a BA in Management from Seattle University; undergraduate studies at Loyola University Chicago Rome campus; and I-TEFL Certification from the University of Washington to teach English as a foreign language.
He served on professional and civic committees for the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, the Seattle Alliance for Education, Curriculum Advisory Board at the University of Washington, and the Advisory Council to the Center for Global Law & Policy at the Santa Clara University School of Law. He was also a Board Director of the Virginia Mason Bailey Boushay House, an internationally recognized health facility for people suffering from HIV/AIDS.
He has performed pro bono work for the University of Washtingon, Stanford Law School, and, most recently, for Sisters of the Good Shepard in Thailand.
