Student and Alumni Resources
The Center for Business Law and its flagship, Business Law Clinic, are resources for students, alumni, faculty, staff, and the extended community. For more information on the Center for Business Law programs, see the links to the Center’s homepage; the Certificate in Transaction Law; and Events. The Center is actively involved with our strong alumni network and hosts networking events with alumni and community throughout the year. If you have a networking, research, or collaboration idea for the Center, please reach out to us.
The Business Law Clinic provides experiential and educational opportunities for law students who are interested in a transactional practice in the private, public or governmental sectors. Our transactional law focused students work as associates in various law firm departments, including corporate, real estate, tax, transactional, intellectual property, and mergers and acquisitions, as in house counsel for privately held and public corporations, employees of federal, state, and local government and business focused JD preferred positions.
