Respecting Privacy and Personal Data

MDM will only interact with a limited portion of your mobile device. Loyola will not use MDM to monitor personal data or applications installed on your mobile device.

The university will only see the following information from your phone or tablet:

• Device Owner
• Device Model and Manufacturer
• Device Name
• Operating System
• Device Serial Number
• University Office 365 Applications (ie: Outlook, OneDrive, Teams)

Loyola will NOT be able to interact or monitor your personal data:

• Call history
• GPS Location
• Text message
• Camera roll
• Personal email, contacts, and calendar
• Personal data
• Web browsing history
• Personal applications (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)

Loyola will NOT use MDM to:

• Remotely uninstall personal applications.
