Civil Service Pathways Fellowship
Civil Service Pathways is a 2-year fellowship that provides college graduates with a pathway to civil service employment. Participants in the CSPF take Civil Service exams that coincide with the successful completion of their first year in the program. To prepare them for permanent roles in city government, Fellows receive on-going training, mentoring, and individualized support throughout the program.
Applicants that are selected are matched with a full-time job in city government in one of three main areas:
- Policy and Program Analysis
- Procurement & Finance
- Data and Digital Services
To be eligible for this fellowship, you must:
- Have a bachelor’s degree by June 2023.
- Be able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States.
- Live within the five boroughs of New York City.
