Flexibility in the New Normal by Dr. Marcella Linn
Description: In this video, Dr. Linn shares how to allow for more flexibility with course policies and deadlines, especially with the emerging needs of students as a result of the pandemic. Examples of those policies is allowing for make-up submission for missed assignments or course work (i.e. participation blogs), allowing for asynchronous option for online classes, and flexible deadline submission.
