How to Report

FOR EMERGENCIES, PLEASE CALL 911 or 44-911 from an on-campus phone OR Campus Safety at 773.508.7233.

Online Reporting

Loyola is responsible for holding students who use violence accountable. If you or someone you know has recently been the target of gender-based misconduct, please submit a report. Ultimately, all student reports of these incidents get sent to the Deputy Title IX Coordinator who is knowledgeable about the rights and resources available to survivors.

Anonymous Reporting

Anonymous reporting is available at Loyola. When you make an anonymous report, your case will be assigned a number. This is all that will be shared with the Deputy Title IX Coordinator. Your name will not be included, but the University will be able to follow-up with you through the case number attached to your report. To report anonymously, please submit a report.
