Cybersecurity at Loyola University Chicago

The cybersecurity program has been designated as an NSA National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense (CAE-CD) since June 2020. Our curriculum is nationally recognized for its academic excellence by the National Security Agency and the Department of Homeland Security. The validated Program of Study is the BS in Cybersecurity program. Program guidance and oversight for the Loyola Center for Cybersecurity are provided by the Department of Computer Science.

 

The Loyola Center for Cybersecurity is led by the Director, Dr. Eric Chan-Tin, who is an Associate Professor in Computer Science.
