Why did you choose to become a CS Minor: I chose to become a Catholic Studies Minor to explore all that Catholicism is on an academic level, and to be a part of a community of like-minded individuals.

What is a fond memory you’ve had as a CS minor: My retreat experience with my  All Things Ignatian class was incredible, as was the course itself.

Favorite Saint: Saint Bernadine of Siena and Saint Bellarmine. Saint Bernadine is my confirmation saint and my appreciation for Saint Bellarmine has grown over the past few years.

Favorite Catholic Author: Flannery O'Connor

Best Catholic Studies class taken at Loyola: Theology of Secularization with Colby Dickinson

Most important idea of all time: Relativity

Most important invention: The Printing Press

Inspiration to do Good: Knowing that no one can exist on their own, and that we are inherently communal beings, and in need of one another.

Central idea of Catholic thought that intrigues you: The Dignity of Work

Favorite Movie: Gone with the Wind

Pet Peeve: People that look down at their phones when they're walking. That text can wait.

Favorite Food: Lobster

Favorite type of Music/ Favorite Song: Hard to Concentrate by the Red Hot Chili Peppers. (Anything, really, by the Red Hot Chili Peppers)

Any Body Piercings or Tattoos: Ears - I don't leave the house without my diamond studs.

Crazy fad went through in the past: I dabbled in Nihilism for about three days.

Qualities valued in a person: Drive, intelligence, authenticity

If named the president of Loyola, what would you do as your first presidential act: I would rework the Core Curriculum to require students to take more varied courses in their first two years.

Nicknames: Lex, Lexie (But please, call me Alexis)

Most Delicious Item at Portillos: Chopped Salad

Pizza Topping: Olives

Favorite Season: Autumn

Dream Travel Destination: Greece

Guilty Pleasure: I tend to get completely sucked into Wikipedia pages that have absolutely nothing to do with what I was originally searching for. And I love it.

Favorite Green Vegetable: Brussel Sprouts

Meet anyone past or present, who would it be?  Maya Angelou, or my grandmother, whom I never had the chance to meet.

If you could be omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent, or omnibenevolent, which would it be? I think the inability to be omnipotent, omniscient, or omnipresent is what makes us so beautifully human, so I guess omnibenevolence is something that would benefit the human race as a whole.

Favorite Olympic Sport (Summer or Winter): Rowing

Movie Quote: "Roads? Where we're going we don't need roads."
