Below is a list of recommended opportunities for connecting with Loyola students. To learn more and reserve your spot, please reach out to your dedicated Employer Relations team member.

Post a Position: To reach the most Loyola students and alumni, share your job and internship openings via Handshake, our online career management portal. Handshake is also a great sourcing tool to search for Loyola students for your organization.

Curated programming and promotion: Enhance your visibility by partnering with one or more of our 14 unique Career Communities. Your organization and opportunities can be spotlighted in a dedicated newsletter and/or included in specialized career programming.

Recruiter-in-Residence: Help answer students’ burning recruiting questions! Offer personalized advice and real-time insights to job-seeking students while receiving prominent visibility for your organization. Slots are available on most Thursday afternoons, 12 pm - 4 pm, at Loyola’s downtown and Lake Shore Campuses.

Career Tours: Host a small group of Loyola students for an on-site visit to your organization. “Tours” are typically 1.5 - 2 hours in length and are offered throughout the fall and spring semester at Chicagoland-based organizations. Typical activities may include a panel Q&A, an overview of staff roles, and a walkthrough of the office space.

Career Chats: Have Loyola alumni working at your organization? Invite them to share their career journey with Loyola students. This ongoing series offers meaningful connections and visibility for your organization in an informal setting. Chats (~60 mins) are hosted on select Tuesday afternoons during the fall and spring semester at both the Lake Shore and Water Tower Campuses.

Career Fairs: Attend one of a dozen industry-focused fairs offered through the fall and spring semesters. Focused career fairs maximize your time with relevant and interested candidates. View and register for upcoming career fairs

On-campus interviews: Meet and evaluate prospective candidates in our convenient and dedicated spaces. Offered during the academic year.

Information Tabling: Request a two to four-hour block for an Information Table to casually connect with students between classes in a high traffic area. Such sessions are meant to be low-stakes conversations where students can learn more about specific jobs or employers. These are available during the academic year, Monday - Thursday, pending space availability.

Arrupe LEAD Career Fellowship: This career exploration and career readiness “pre-internship” program connectsemployer partners with Arrupe College students. For more information, contact Sarah McNally, Assistant Director, Arrupe College, at smcnally@luc.edu.
