On-Campus Employment and Federal Work Study
Working on-campus provides a great way for Loyola students to gain experience and earn money, while balancing their academic responsibilities. To equitably promote opportunities, all Loyola departments should post their student employment positions in Handshake.
Community-Based Federal Work Study is a government program that enables students to earn money to help finance their education and develop professional skills while working for non-profit organizations. Those organizations are reimbursed for a significant amount of the wages paid to students.
Loyola works with more than 30 Community-Based Federal Work Study partners. For more information about becoming a Community-Based Federal Work Study Partner or to inquire about On-Campus Employment, contact Omega Cruz, Assistant Director, Student Employment, at ostyles@luc.edu
