Title/s: Career Advisor, Pre-Medicine Career Community
Hannah Rosenblatt is a career advisor (Pre-Medicine) at Loyola Career Services. In this role. She provides counseling, support, and psychoeducation to students and recent alumni enrolled in the PHPAC Committee and actively applying to medical or dental school. Prior to coming to Loyola, she spent 10 years working for healthcare and social service organizations. Her work focused on improving healthcare delivery and accessibility within under-resourced communities. She received a BA in Latin American Studies from Connecticut College, and an MA from the Crown School of Social Work, Policy and Practice. She previously served as a Mentor Coach with America Needs You, where she provided transformative mentorship and intensive career development to first generation college students in Chicago. When she’s not advising students, Hannah enjoys trying out new recipes, running on the lakefront trail, and spending time with her family and friends.
A piece of advice that she would like to offer students is that it’s okay to be interested in several different career paths, and to take the time to explore different types of opportunities.
