Faculty-Staff Permits
You must be current faculty/staff eligible for payroll deductions in order to apply for a permit. Adjunct faculty, contractors, and float pool staff members are ineligible for payroll deductions and are not able to utilize this online system- please visit our office for other permit options. Please be advised, those with two or more outstanding vehicle violations on their account are not eligible for a Loyola parking permit- such applications will be waitlisted until all fines have been paid.
Faculty/Staff permits do NOT include overnight parking in the Main, Fordham, West Loyola, or Lawson lots at any time.
Please note that having a permit does not guarantee a parking spot. All parking is on a first come, first served basis. Loyola University Chicago is an urban campus with extremely limited parking space. We do not guarantee parking to anyone, at any time. We strongly encourage considering alternative transportation options such as public transit, biking, walking, or ridesharing.
