Campus Recreation offers a variety of activities and programs to serve Loyola students! Click below to learn more about each area
- Aquatics: Each semester we host special Aquatics events in our pool! Past events included Glow Swim night and our movie night in the pool, Flick n Float!
- Club Sports: Club Sports are student organizations that practice together as a team, travel, and compete against other universities’ club sports teams. 26 active clubs including Basketball, Soccer, Golf, Swim, Running, Rugby, Volleyball, Baseball, Ice Hockey, Water Polo, Softball, Lacrosse, Golf, Tennis, and more! Club Sports are low cost and a great way to find community here on campus!
- Game Nights & Special Events: Throughout the Fall and Spring semester, we host regular Board and Video Game Nights in the Halas Conference Room. Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros, Catan, Scrabble, and Codenames are some of our favorites!
- Group Fitness: Every week in the Fall and Spring semester, we offer around 60 Group Fitness classes! These are free for students to attend with no registration required. Special programming within Group Fitness includes events like Glow in the Dark LUCycle, Meditation, Tonilates, monthly Theme Weeks, and more!
- Intramural Sports: Intramural Sports games and competitions are organized in either tournament or league style. Past sports and competitions include indoor volleyball, outdoor soccer, basketball, dodgeball, pickleball, trivia, chess, poker, and eSports. Intramural Sports are free for students and every intramural champion received one of our coveted intramural champion t-shirts!
- Rock Wall: Our rock wall includes a 40' top rope wall and separate bouldering wall that students can climb for free during open rock wall hours! We also offer competitions and special events each Fall and Spring Semester!
