Nesha Breashears (she/her/hers) is the Senior Director of Talent Management and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for Thresholds, a behavioral healthcare non-profit in Chicago. She has been with Thresholds for over 25 years and has worked as a practitioner, manager, educator, evaluator and consultant. Nesha has trained extensively on topics, which include cultural competence and humility, implicit bias, anti-racism, understanding mental illness, substance use, clinical interventions, leadership and crisis management.
As a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion leader, Nesha prioritizes relationship building, works to attract diverse Talent to key positions, and is working to design and implement effective DEI strategies and transform organizational practices. She is committed to creating a culture of inclusion that is evolving, dynamic and sustainable. And has demonstrated the ability to forge connections, deliver insights and link talent to strategy.
