Lauren Roth
Associate Director of Institutional Giving, Year Up
Lauren Roth is an Associate Director of Institutional Giving at Year Up, a non-profit workforce development organization that provides career and higher education opportunities to young adults. She manages foundation giving for Year Up sites in Chicago and Washington, DC. Lauren began her fundraising career as Development and Communications Associate at the Federation for Community Schools in Chicago. More recently she held the position of Partnership Development Manager at the Inter-American Foundation, a foreign assistance agency with the federal government in Washington, DC.
She currently serves on the Advisory Board of Limitless Horizons Ixil, a non-profit that creates opportunities for indigenous youth, women, and families of Chajul, Guatemala. Lauren grew up in Guatemala and has a passion for international development and giving back to her community.
Lauren has a B.A. in Political Science from Roosevelt University, and an MPA from DePaul University. She lives in Chicago with her husband and two beagles.
