Kate Nack

Director, The Allstate Foundation and Social Responsibility

Kate Nack serves as Director, The Allstate Foundation and Social Responsibility. In this role, Kate helps oversee the Foundation’s signature social impact programs, including efforts focused on equity, domestic violence, youth empowerment, nonprofit leadership development and Allstate agency owner and employee volunteerism. Kate also leads Allstate’s corporate philanthropic work, including our hometown efforts and nonprofit board placement program. 

Kate began her career in the nonprofit healthcare sector focused on corporate fundraising, grant writing and donor relations, and she found the perfect fit in The Allstate Foundation back in in 2005 when where she helped develop and launch the award-winning Teen Safe Driving signature program. Since then she has taken on a variety of roles within the social responsibility and strategic business communication space within Allstate. 

With more than 20 years of experience, Kate is a skilled communications professional with a passion for building, shaping and delivering programs that make organizations move by focusing on teamwork, developing strong partnerships and driving results, and is once again thrilled to be returning to her roots by helping lead the Foundation and an amazing team of professionals.

In her spare time, Kate enjoys reading, traveling and watching her two teenage boys play numerous sports. Many moons ago, Kate was an Olympic athlete herself, and to this day, she carries the life lessons of that time with her.
