Anthony Sis

Manager for Internal and DEI Communications, Addison Group

Anthony Sis is a first-generation, Latine, queer DEI professional who is dedicated to empowering and enhancing the lives of others through teaching, coaching, and consulting. Anthony is also a Posse and Fulbright scholar from Chicago, Illinois. Throughout their career, Anthony has been able to merge their personal and professional interests to spread their message of access, equity, and inclusion across several platforms.

Anthony currently works as a Manager for Internal and DEI Communications at Addison Group and is also a Colorwave fellow, which is a non-profit focused on closing the racial wealth gap by connecting rising professionals of color to leadership opportunities at VC-backed startups. They were a part of the inaugural program of the Maven Leadership Collective, the only social impact organization in Florida dedicated to centering queer and trans people of color in leadership development and capacity-building. Anthony is also a board member for ETR, a behavioral health non-profit devoted to improving health equity with science-based solutions.
