Paul Fisher

Paul S. Fisher is a former President and Chief Executive Officer of CenterPoint Properties Trust, the nation’s preeminent developer, investor and manager of supply chain industrial assets and related transportation infrastructure. He co-founded the company in 1993 and served as General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer before heading the firm. CenterPoint (NYSE: CNT) was a publicly-traded REIT from 1993 until 2006 before being acquired by the California Employees Retirement System (CalPERS).  Before joining CenterPoint, Mr. Fisher held various executive positions at New York and Chicago investment banks and private real estate firms. He has served on the U.S. Department of Commerce Advisory Council on Supply Chain Competitiveness during the Obama administration and on policy development committees for the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning and World Business Chicago. Mr. Fisher is a director of CatchMark Timber Trust (NYSE: CTT) and chairs the company’s Investment and Finance Committee. Mr. Fisher earned a Doctor of Law degree in 1980 from The University of Chicago Law School. He graduated in 1977 from The University of Notre Dame with highest honors and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
