Professional Experience
Pat is the Managing Partner of KPMG’s Chicago office and a Partner in the Audit Practice. Pat is the market development leader for the Midwest geography which includes Chicago, Des Moines, Detroit, Kansas City, Lincoln, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Omaha and St. Louis. He was previously Managing Partner of KPMG’s Boston and Providence offices. He is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high quality client service, development of marketplace strategy, attracting and retaining key resources, and representing the firm in the marketplace and community. In 2014 Pat was elected to the KPMG Board of Directors for a 5 year term.
Pat has more than 35 years of experience providing financial statement audit and due diligence services. His audit experience with multi-billion dollar companies ranges from SEC filings, carve-out financial statements, and the successful coordination of large global audits. He has a thorough understanding of SEC rules and regulations and has been involved in numerous equity offerings. Pat has extensive international experience in the consumer products, retail and electronics manufacturing sectors. He serves as the account executive for several of KPMG’s largest clients.
