Leadership Development
Through a generous donation from the Arthur J. Schmitt Foundation, Arrupe College is pleased to offer the Arrupe Emerging Leaders Program (AELP), a leadership development program and a weekend-long leadership retreat.
Students who participate in training for leadership at Arrupe College will grow in self-awareness, ethical decision-making, personal integrity, and organizational and management skills. By using a strengths-based approach, students will explore their gifts and talents and hone them to be leaders with others. Approximately 30 students are selected to participate each year through an application process.
Upon completion of the AELP, students are given an opportunity to apply to become an Orientation Leader or participate in an immersive Exploration Leadership opportunity, which are both paid opportunities.
